Circle 1: Nancy Michael (336-306-0310), leader will meet at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 11 at the home of Mary Lois Bynum, 708 Bayberry Cir. Hostesses: Mary Lois Bynum and Marie Hathcock. Our speaker will be Lea Thubbery from City With Dwellings.
Circle 2: Marie Hathcock (336-464-9953), coordinator, will meet at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 14 at the Arbor Acres Multipurpose Room.
Circle 3: Sheila Brame (336-957-7266 and (Lynette Harrell (336-782-1391), co-leaders, will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12 in the Church Parlor. Hostesses: Betsy Clark, Sandra Shugart and Nancy Underwood. Program: Poetry with Barbara Byrd and Friends.
Circle 4: Joellen Parks (336-893-6916), leader, will meet at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 11 in the Church Choir Room.
Circle 5: Cameron Jordan (336-431-9243), leader, will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 14 at the home of Dee Hittinger, 5262 Cedar Hills Ct. Progrm: The Ronald McDonald House. Evites are being sent.
Circle 6: Anna Steele (336-761-1196) and Sue Stephens (336-764-3435), co-leaders, will meet at 11:45 a.m. on Monday, November 11 at the home of Nancy Cannon, 2565 Club Park Rd. Program: Jeremy Pegram is speaking on missions now and our hope for the future.
Circle 9: Susie Smith (336-766-9832), leader, will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 11 in the 4 ½ St Haven, open meeting room,. Hostesses: Janette Griffin and Nancy Stallings. Program: Kaye May, Associate Minister with Children. Missions: Annual World Thanks Offering and also UMW Endowment Fund in honor of our 150th Anniversary.
Circle 10: Cameron Jordan (336-413 -9243), leader, will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12 at the home of Dianne Iseman, 5164 Brandiles Ln. Program: “Looking at our past to understand our present.” An evite has been sent. Members please RSVP to your hostess.
Circle 13: Greta Gray (336-725-9095) and Beth Bennett Townsend (336-946-9025), co-leaders, will meet at 6:15 p.m. on Monday, November 11 in the home of Laura Dillard, 2624 Greenbriar Rd. Apt. A, for Appetizers. Program: Iman H. Joel Saahir, WFU Religion Professor will address Christianity vs Islam.
Circle 15: Laura Bland (336-971-9630), leader, will meet in from 9:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 16 at the new location of Project H.O.P.E., 355 Northwest Crawford Place. Mission: We will be doing Produce Prep. Bring your family and all ages are welcome!
Circles are small groups that meet at certain times to congregate and visit, as well as plan out opportunities to do local missions.
