The Faith & Arts Committee announces a new film series at Centenary:

Faith in Film
with Butter Birkas, former director
of the RiverRun Film Festival

Centenary Choir Room (first floor)  

Free and open to the public.

Hollywood surely seems the last place on earth one would find faith.  However, there are some wonderful examples of films that depict the best aspects of the human condition, including faith in oneself and others, as demonstrated by the main characters in the four films in this series.  Each week, Butter Birkas will lead a half-hour discussion session following the screening.
