Counseling
Counseling at Centenary is a ministry for the church and the community. Individual, couple, and family counseling is offered through our Department of Counseling. We do not set fees for counseling but invite persons who have extended sessions to provide an honorarium. If you would like to make an appointment or learn more about these counseling opportunities and other support groups, contact Dr. Bob Nations, 397-1357 or 724-6311, ext. 1357, or bnations@centenary-ws.org.
Group Therapy for Personal and Spiritual Growth
Two sessions of Group Therapy are offered each year. Participants who experience depression, grief and loss, separation, divorce, or want to learn new skills in dealing with personal, emotional or spiritual problems will benefit from group therapy. Group size is limited to twelve participants. Cost is $100. Financial assistance is available. Registration is required.
Internships in Counseling
Centenary provides an internship for Masters-level Counseling Students. Each year we select one mature, qualified student for training. Interns provide individual, couple, and family counseling, and facilitate a variety of enrichment and support groups.
